Ambaa Yoga

Ambaa is owned and operated by Michelle Sands and Kate Hudson who have created a great atmosphere to release and recenter.

I was skeptical of yoga before I started going, but now it has become a lifeline for me. Ambaa allows me to take time for myself in a great environment to really focus on improving my well being.
